The fee for the workshop is $500 (taxes are included) per person. Please send $250 deposit to reserve your place. Second payment is due on the evening of the workshop. Cancellation later than two weeks prior will be refunded less $150 of the deposit. Last minute cancellation (72h) will receive no refund. Payment with Visa or Mastercard, or make a cheque payable to the address at the bottom of this page. Please fill in the information below.
